Benesova is in appallingly weak form. In last 12 including quals she won just twice. There is small hope for her as most recent losses to Cepelova (by two breaks) and Glatch (won a set) were a bit tighter. Cornet has very weak serve and when facing good server who is focused it becomes sluggish WTA with many breaks (as Cornet is quite good returner) or easy loss by her. Last year she lost in the first round in bizarre match against Gorges. 0-6 6-4 0-6. Cornet leads h2h 2-1, but every match was a 3 setter and with slowly improving Benesova and Cornet after very poor loss to Hantuchova (3-1 up with a serve and no games won later) this could be again quite long match.
