I had a fine week-end , I hope to improve on that and break even at the end of this very tough month. It's the first round at the Winston Salem tournament and the Brazilian Thomas Belucci will face the Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis. These are 2 very different players with different styles . Bellucci had a good clay season but he is not at his best on fast surfaces. After the clay tournaments he only played 1 match at the Olympics, which he lost, so this is his first match on hard court after a long time...he will certainly need time do adjust his game. Baghdatis already played int Toronto and Cinicnnati , he lost to Cilic and Raonic, but those are two good players on this surface, tall guys with great serves ..and that oftenly makes the difference on hard court. Bellucci is not one of them and the Cypriot should win this one easily.
