I have written about Young recently and he fought quite well against both Chardy (regrettably gave up in 3rd set) and Levine. He showed some very fine play, but still some of the rallies were really bad. He maybe tries too much sometimes. L. Mayer struggles badly against left-handers and since 2010 US Open he has played just 17 matches on hard, winning just 4 of them (in another one Cipolla retired). Young simply needs to find some good results now as prolonging losing streak for longer time can see him being only challenger player for a long time. Still US tennis federation is behind him, so I think he can repay this trust sooner than later.
