In my opinion this match can end with low scoring result, I can't image three long sets or something like that here. Under 19.5 look like very good option to play, especially with Pinnacle Sports odds.
Na Li is very motivated to take good result in this tournament, is very close to play in TOP8 tournament after this season. Na Li in first two matches here not have any problems with opponents, taking straiaght sets wins.
