I believe most bookies are still uncertain about setting the handicap at either 4.5 or 5.5. In my opinion it should be at 4.

The main point of that is Atletico's current form. They have been playing awful in their recent games, winning last Tuesday just because of a one man play. It's something they can do, they have very skilled player but they are missing some for this game.
Pending official confirmation, because of obvious reasons, Hombrados and Markussen won't be at this game. Balic and Julen Aguinagalde didn't play last game, and have physical problems, but they might appear for this european competition. Barachet also has physical problems but he will surely play, because the team needs him.
This is pretty much everything Atletico de Madrid has right now, and unless Jurkiewicz scores 8 goals again things will be hard, because Lazarov is starting really slow this year too.

Celje will play as good as they can. The team was better on previous seasons, but they still hold a big home field advantage that is even more prominent when we consider the usual EHF tournaments refeeres. They cause Atletico's coach to go on tilt from time to time, and this could only help.

Atletico should win this game, but if they do, margin will be close. The 32-22 score from Veszprem vs Celje last week is what makes this handicap be too high, but Veszprem played great on that game and Celje are now at home field, and they have much more to offer.
