Rain made the swap to Starcraft 2 about 6 months ago, not even playing full time, and he is arguably one of the best players int he world right now. He has showed how good he is and how much eh has improved during his runs at WCS South Korea, Ongamenet StarLeague and GSL Code S.
He is doing great against terrans, and while he will show some of his strategies when he faces Last tomorrow, he has also been improving a lot lately.

Mvp is also one of the best players in the planet, and you can never say he is on a bad moment because he can win every game, no matter the chances I can predict for him.
He has a limit though, behind his myth there is a player who struggles to train and wins by outplaying the less skilled opponents.
I don't think this can happen against Rain, because the protoss player has great mechanichs too and his macro play is now a lot better than a pair of months ago.

I believe Rain will continue on his road to, possibly, a GSL title. The handicap is really good at given odds, because of how good Rain is at late game and Mvp's current playstyle, dragging all the games to that late game.
