Rochus has lost in Mons Semi Final to De Schepper and once again it was clear to see that he struggles badly against big servers. Mannarino showed some better form recently and he is motivated to challenge top 100 at the end of the year. It could be very hard, but as soon as he tries he will make it highly competitive match. They have met last year on indoor hard in France and Rochus won 7-6 6-4, so after playing some tight matches in Mons I doubt he will be eager to worn himself out here instead of waiting for TB or later service games of Mannarino. Rochus is runner-up from last year and in the first round then won in 3 against French player De Veigy.
