HAMPSHIRE TO WIN
Final result: 1 - 0Profit: 0.00 - 9 = -9
Auckland Aces may have won the match yesterday but I didn't find anything impressive in their batting or bowling side. They almost had lost the match yesterday, only if their injured batsman wouldnt have returned to the crease to smash the winning runs. Auckland Aces may have taken the tournament seriously but there is one thing they will clearly struggle is stamina. I know its a short format game but stamina is clearly for the batsman/bowler Azhar Mahmood who performed excellently yesterday. I cant imagine him giving him the same performance again today. Auckland Aces struggled as tailenders after their 4/5th wicket and that shows a problem in their batting line up. Sialkot could have done better with their batting but clearly struggled with the bouncy pitch.
Now that bouncy pitch wouldnt be a problem for Hampshire. Hampshire has stars like Dmitri, Afridi who know how to handle pressure. Hampshire needs to win the match to survive in these qualifiers, I am sure the English T20 champions will manage to put up a good fight and win this match in the end.
