I rate the Romanian a player on the same level with the American and despite Bethanie Mattek Sands has the better game on court and on return, and has more experience I don't expect her to win this math so easy and see here more then 20.5 games.
Don't mind the fact that the American has won in 2 easy sets over Paszek or Suarez Navarro because both were the perfect example of the player that don't care abut tennis in this time of the year and see more the hard matches she had in the qualifications.
Begu is a fighter and often has managed to play above her level and I expect from her to stay close to the favorite and take the over here.
