Lukas Rosol is by far not the player that beat Rafa Nadal last summer at Wimbledon at odds ~26 :). Recently, he's been the player that does not go past more than the 1st Round of tournaments and also the player that surprisingly lost to Pella, Reister and Authom (which were underdogs going into the matches).

On the other hand, Gimeno-Traver has been amazing in the past 4 tournaments he went to. He won the Challengers in Madrid and Sevilla, whilst reaching the final of the one in Aphen. He also played in ATP 250 St. Petersburg (which is not only in the same country as the Kremlin Cup, but also an indoor hardcourt tournament like the Moscow one), where he reached the SF after beating Kubot and Serra as underdog.

I think Daniel can win outright, but we will take the handicap for security.
