ATP Valencia second round game between John Isner and David Goffin.

The American currently ranked 11th is known for his big weapon that is serve, his defense and returning is rather poor and he finds himself in tiebreaks more often than not. He has a 44-19 record this year, 4-1 indoor and with his big serve he is favorite here by the bookies but he has some troubles lately. He lost in US Open to another big server Kohlschreier in 5, then in davis cup against Ferrer and Almagro and followed it up in Shangai with a loss to Stepanek in three. Here in Valencia won in first round against very poor Fognini in three hard sets. He hold his serve but for me Fognini is not close to Goffin and this Valencia court is rather slow than fast indoor hard event.

Goffin ranked 45th have risen nicely this season, have played better and better tennis, giving nice fight to Berdych in US open, he then went undefeated in davis cup and Orleans challenger event (indoor) He has only played three times in october losing to Llodra and Baghdatis and winning here 62 62 against Andujar. This bet might be long shot but i think with odds 3.50 we have to try it and hope Goffin can return a few balls and break mighty John.
