Please, let me start saying that I find it astonishing that we don't have Motrcycling as a sport, seeing other sports we have...
Also note that, if you aren't limited at Interwetten,odds are at 2,1 there. Bet365 has them at 1,83, so this might be worth a look at the exchange markets.


I've been running Pedrosa to win the race in the last 2 Grand Prixes because of the same reasons I will state here.

First of all, Jorge Lorenzo has already won the world title, you might put him as a banker at 1.2 on William Hill. Right now the qualification is as follows:
1. Jorge Lorenzo - 330 points
2. Dani Pedrosa - 307 points
3. Casey Stoner - 213 points
With 25 points awarded to the winner, and 20 to the second place holder, Jorge Lorenzo just needs to keep the margin for the last 2 races and Dani Pedrosa needs to keep winning to have any chance.
Pedrosa has 3 back to back wins in the last 3 Grand Prix while Lorenzo placed second in all of those. In fact, Pedrosa has won the last 5 races where he crossed the finish line, but he didn't finish in San Marino.

Lorenzo has stated over and over that he isn't racing to win the race anymore, but that he wants to win the whole thing and his fans are supporting him on that. In the last races, he is just not risking it while Pedrosa plays aggressive and wins.

The third man in this party is Casey Stoner, but after coming from his injury he isn't the same and he himself said that he is not at his best.


I take this bet early because I expect a huge dropping on the odds. You might also want to take the "easier" Pedrosa vs Lorenzo match up, at 1.55 at bwin, but I like the outright winner way more.
