Anderson ranked 39th in the world is very good hard court player, here in these Paris courts his big serve will come in handi against player like Bellucci who is very good clay courter. Anderson during October have been in good form with wins over Baker, Nieminen and Matosevic while losig to Del Potro, Isner and Hewitt in three sets.

Bellucci is ranked 34th with a 25-20 record this year but on hard courts only 8-9. He has played some decent tennis lately on indoor events winning against Karlovic, Janowicz and Soeda while losing to Federer and Seppi. Their H2H is split with Bellucci taking 2-0 win on clay court this year 64 64 and Anderson winning in five on hard court few years ago. While i think Bellucci can put up a decent fight i think Anderson will be too good here on these courts.
