Miami Dolphins to win by over 6 points at odds 1.95
This week in the NFL will see the Miami Dolphins host the Tennessee Titans.
The Dolphins enter week 10 of the regular season with a 4-4 record, but it could have easily been 5 wins had it not been for Andrew Luck and his red hot Colts who snatched a 3 point win in their last start. Despite the 50/50 record Miami have been one of the big improvers of the season. Apart from their season opening loss to Houston the fins have been ultra competitive in every game winning at the Jets and Bengels as well as at home to Oakland and St Louis. In their other 3 losses they have gone down by 3 points on each occasion with the matches being decided in the final minutes of the match. A big reason for Miami's success has been the play of Rookie Quarterback Ryan Tannehill who threw for 290 yards and a touchdown in last weeks loss to the Colts. Miami will also be looking forward to facing Tennessee' 30th ranked run defence which may help Reggie Bush find some much needed form.
The Titans come into this weeks match smarting from one of their worst ever losses. The 51 points they allowed at Chicago was the most since a 59-0 thrashing in New England back in 09. Their star running back Chris Johnson is going well enough running for 117 yards in the last loss however the offence isn't Tennessee' biggest problem, it's their leaky defence which is losing them games. The pressure has been put right on the Titans this week by their ageing owner Bud Adams and he will expect more fight from his team this week.
One thing you can say about the Dolphins is that they are a very hard team to beat in any circumstance. It takes a good team to knock them off on their home field and that is something the Titans are not at he moment. As much as Tennessee will want to atone for their embarrassing loss last week the Dolphins will be equally desperate the rack up another win to keep their playoff hopes alive. I can't go past the home team in this one. Miami by 10.
