Detroit Lions (-2.5) to win at odds 1.88
The Lions (4-4) should be a bigger favorite against the Vikings (5-4) in Minnesota.
Detroit is coming off a two consecutive wins over the Seahawks and the Jags. They are now in a much better position, as they improved in both ends of the field. Minnesota on the other hand lost two in a row (TB, SEA) and a reason for it is the slumping offense, mostly QB Ponder and the wide receiver group. RB Patterson is doing nearly everything for this team right now but this can`t be enough at times. Now with the best receiver Harvin being ruled out, I expect a lot of problems for the VIkins to throwing the ball. The Lions will load the box and let coverage work.
Minnesota already beat the Lions in Detroit, but both teams looked much different earlier this season. Also note that QB Stafford was just 1-3 in the red zone in that game.
Teams are going the opposite direction. Price at 1.88 for the Detroit Lions (-2.5) to win represents enough value for high stakes.
