Parma are the only team in Serie A yet to lose at home. On Sunday they showed great resolve at home yet again (despite playing poorly) by scoring a last minute winner against Palermo thanks to substitute and former Rossanero star Amauri. For a mid-level Serie A team Parma actually have some good depth in quality and that showed at the weekend as they were able to bring on Amauri, Acquah, & Santacroce, three very useful players, and also had decent players like Morrone, Palladino, Ninis, and Pabon on the bench. Parma also clearly missed the composure and passing of Jaime Valdes who has been superb in central midfield this season and was out of the game through suspension. He will be available for the Juve game and will mostly probably replace Musacci who was very wasteful in possession on Sunday giving the ball away far too much.
Both teams have some issues with suspensions/injuries. Parma have two regular defenders suspended in Benaloune and Lucarelli.
Juve have Bonucci suspended, and Marchisio injured. Juve will be keen to bounce back from that embarrassing defeat against Sampdoria but the Tardini wont be an easy place to do that and I believe Juve are going to miss Asamoah and Chiellini a lot whilst they are out. Mirante, Amauri and Marchionni are all former Juve players and will be extra motivated to put in a performance and I think Parma can scrape a draw out of this. Playing the +1 A.H. as insurance in case Juve win. I don't believe Juve will win by more than one goal though. They haven't beaten Parma at the Tardini by more than one goal since 1995 (15 games).

very good analysis.. I also think Juventus could be weakened by tomorrow game against Milan in Coppa Italia, so this is a gold opportunity for Parma to make another "sgambetto" to the "vecchia signora"
