The Wizards were beaten badly last night against the Heat. Overall, the Wizards have been hopeless and their official record is 4-28. Offensively they are ranked pretty much last and score on average 87.2 points per game in the last 5 games. And defensively they have been performing relatively badly and letting in 98.6 points per game in the last 5 games. They just have not worked together well as a team and with a whole host of injury worries, I expect them to play just as badly against one of the most talented teams in the NBA, the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Thunder are just that...the thunder! They have been performing well as of yet and most importantly, they are coming off a win last night in Toronto. The Wizards played last night through a good performance by the Heat. The Wizards just began to struggle as the game went on. The Thunder are making an impressive 108.8 points per game in the last 5 games whilst only letting in a solid 95.4 points per game. Most impressively, they are shooting at 49% field goals!

STAR PLAYER: Kevin Durant is in excellent form and has been averaging a whopping 31.4 points per game against the Wizards. Expect him to excel in this game as well!

FINAL PICK:

Not surprisingly, I am picking the OKC to cover here. 10.5 points is not impossible to ask from the red hot OKC but the bookies could have given more points and I would have expected a spread at up to 13 points. They should be able to cover here as the Wizards offense is terrible and after a tiring game against the Heat last night, I'm sure they will have their plates full with yet another top NBA team.
