Juventus welcomed Sampdoria in a last match they played and dominated the game from the first minute. They missed several good chances in the first twenty minutes, but have also won a penalty shoot in 24th minute which was turned into goal by Giovinco, while the guests stayed with a man down following a red card to Berardi eight minutes later.

Home team continued attacking and missing good chances, as Samprodia players were encouraged by home side misses and start playing much more determined in the second half-time. Equalizer goal came from a huge mistake of their goalkeeper Buffon, while Sampdoria players exploited the defensive gaps for the final 2:1 victory, which was a huge surprise. Still Juve are five points away from the second placed Lazio and although they deservedly stand at the first position, they are not lonely candidates for the title.

Home side Conte announced that he will be using some of the players that didn’t play that much during the season in a interview he tried to cover up the rumors saying that they are negotiating with Drogba. Meanwhile some of the players are injured and unavailable, Conte decided to rotate the squad and Pirlo, Quagliarella and Marchisio are doubtful due injuries, while Pepe, Chiellini and Bendtner are surely out.
