I don't usually follow these sort of Cups, but United Arab Emirates cought my eye a few days ago after winning over Bahrain, hosts for this years' Gulf Cup.
Up until November of 2011. their form was rather average, but from then till today they had won 12 out of 14 matches (1 draw, 1 loss), while scoring 34 goals and conceding 12. This year at the Gulf Cup, in Group A they have already won 2 from 2 matches (2:1 and 3:1), both matches at odds around 2.50.
On the other hand, Oman has a form of 5 losses, 1 draw and 4 wins from 10 matches and this year they already lost to Qatar and played a draw with Bahrain.
Their last h2h matches finished in a draw, in year 2008 and 2010. From then, it seems that UAE have grown much stronger and they should win this one.

Oman was attacking hard in the 2nd half. I thought that was a done deal. The 2 goals came out of nowhere. Congrats man!

Yeah, they will probably rest some players but still think they can take all 3 points. That's why it's 7/10

Emirates are loaded with money, they are sponsors of many sports and especially large football clubs like Real Madrid, AC Milan, PSG, Arsenal so I presume that they are also making huge investments in their football. That's the reason I think that they were going for a win every time, regardless of already making it throuh the group stage.
