Buriram United from Thailad host Brisbane Roar from Australia in a qualification game for the Asian Champions League group stage. The groups were already selected and the winner of this clash will have to face FC Seoul from South Korea, Vegalda Sendai from Japan and Jiangsu Sainty from China in Group E.

Originally the game was scheduled to be played on Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane, but the Australians allowed the Thailand team to host the game, so the one-legged clash will take place on New I-Mobile Stadium in Buriram.

Buriram United left me with very good impressions in last year ACL, they were in one of the hardest groups, but still achieved some nice wins at big odds, while Brisbane Roar finished with 0-3-3 record in their group.

Buriram lost some players, but Brisbane is on clearly lower level from last year. Buriram hasn't played official match for long time, but they prepared for this game with couple of friendlies, while Roar are playing on a tough schedule in Australia and being the champions, still short of the playoffs, I'm assuming their main target lies in the A-League.

Buriram can pull of the "surprise" here and upset the odds. Of course the 1X DC is more solid bet, but the odds for the home win are simply too temtping for me to pass on them.
