Arsenal welcome Championship side Blackburn to the Emirates Stadium with the Gunners looking to secure their passage into the quarter-finals of the FA Cup. Arsene Wenger’s side have gone eight years trophy less and winning silverware remains a huge ambition for the club. With Bayern Munich due to visit next Tuesday Wenger could ring the changes as they cast one eye on next week’s huge Champions League encounter. Full-back Carl Jenkinson will definitely miss out after his sending-off in last Saturday’s win at Sunderland while Jack Wilshere may not be risked having come off injured early in the second-half.

Blackburn travel to London buoyed by an upturn in form which has seen them unbeaten in their previous five matches. Michael Appleton saw his side’s three game winning run come to an end on Tuesday as they were held to a 1-1 draw away at Brighton. The point keeps Rovers six points off the playoffs in eighth in the Championship. Striker Jordan Rhodes will look to continue his good form. The Scotland forward was a record signing for his club earlier this season and has been in blistering form with 19 goals.

Arsenal can book their place into the last eight of the FA Cup with a comfortable victory against Blackburn.
