Odds dropped, but still acceptable. As I wrote in the Federer-Benneteau preview, the latter is in really good form and is fighting in every match he plays. Against Federer it was also clear, he fought for every ball. He is yet to win any major ATP level tournament and with a little bit of luck and commitment it can be here. Simon wasted 17 break points (!!) when Klizan was fit to play, when he was injured it was a lot easier but mere fact of that wasting speaks volumes about Simon not being good at taking opportunities and how badly he deals with pressure. I rarely follow player after big win over top 5 player, but here it must be.
