NBA 2013/14 L.A. Lakers to qualify to Play Off at odds 2,10
The odds on Lakers to advance to playoffs in last season would probably be 1,01 or even less. In this season because of not great season Lakers have behind them and mostly because of departure of Dwight Howard bookies have set odds for Lakers not to reach play off at 1,65. Even Lakers don't have team like he had in past couple of years there are still bigger chances for Lakers to be among top eight teams at West than odds represent.
Kobe Bryant didn't finish season, because of Achilles tendon injury, but by latest rumors he will be ready for start of the season. Howard and World Peace are great players, but without them Los Angeles team will have much better chemistry in locker room and that will make affect on their game play.
Lakers still have one of the best NBA point guards in the history of the league (Steve Nash), one of the best guards and centers, too (Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol) who will definitely want to make better results than they had in season 2012/13.
Great help they will have from players like Kaman, Farmar, Young, Blake and others so this team is definitely capable to make good enough score to reach play offs.
