Rambouillet - Paris Champs-Elysees, 120km
The final route of the Tour de France will see someone being crowned champion and the yellow shirt parading at the Champs-Elysees must be something every riders are looking forward to capture. The intensity of the 120km will be immense, there will be riders who are ready to defend, attack and even breakaway from the group, fractions and even teams. The sprinters should make the final burst to seal the deal. The traditional final finish in the capital of France will see a Sunday on a standstill which will ensure one winner and one champion being crowned.
Key factor
Here we go, the mountain passes of Cote de Saint-Remy-les-Chevreuse and Cote de Chateaufort will give a few riders something to think about in the early stages of the 120km that they have to cover. Following that, it will be all about winning and the first one to get into Paris and first one pass the finish line at Champs-Elysees. Only one thing that will test the riders and that will be their determination.
