Vincenzo Nibali
Vincenzo Nibali is so focus on Tour de Suisse that he skipped to take part in the Giro d’Italia. He wants to win the France’s Grand Tour before leaving the team this season. An all rounder cyclist, Nibali will be charging to challenge the favourites Bradley Wiggins (SKY) and the current Tour champ Cadel Evans (BMC) to the title. At the Prati di Tivo, he had a mountain finish and won the overall at Tirreno – Adiratico in Italy. He has been training hard to focus to make a name for the most prestigious Grand Tour event.
Peter Sagan
The sprinter and all rounder Peter Sagan has won Tour de Suisse’s Point Classification and will be the answer of Liquigas to challenge Mark Cavendish.
Ivan Basso
Basso who finished 7th at last year’s Tour de France has never had a good run this season except in the Giro d’Italia where he finished 5th overall, nonetheless, the 34-year-old can be a contender for the General Classification.
