Team Rabobank
The game plan for Rabobank roster for this year’s Tour de France is to aim for a solid overall General Classification standing. To make this happen, the captaincy will be alternately played by Rober Gasink, Bauke Mollema and Steven Kruijswijk with Gasink being the main skipper.

Robert Gasink
Robert Gasink will be the lead captain amongst the three. The26-year-old Dutchman had done well at Tour of California where he had a Stage 7 win and won it overall. Along with this is a4th placer at the recent Tour de Suisse. He will be Rabobank main rider for the GC of the 2012 Tour de France.
Bauke Mollema
Bauke Mollema climber will be the co-captain of Gasink in their quest for the GC. The 25-year-old Dutch will be a solid force for the team in the mountain stages of Tour de France.
Steven Kruijswijk
The 25-year-old Steven Kruijswijk will support the team captains Bauke and Robert with the aim of winning the white jersey, while, Mark Renshaw, Bram Tankink, Maarten Tjallingii and Maarten Wynants will play the role of protecting the key men in the group.
