First I was not going to add this bet but it feels certain enough, but I guess that is to jinx it. Kashima were close to the win away at one of last season's best home teams Sagan Tosu, while Sendai played a 1-1 draw at home to newcomers Ventforet Kofu. Kashima were for very long known as the best home team in the whole country and are the best team in the J. League history, but have struggled in the last years. Now they have brought in a few new players, like Davi, who will score a lot at home this season, and they are mentioned as one of the teams who can win the title. They might now be what they were but I think they will win this game against Sendai who come to this game with a few injuries, important ones, because they actually miss two very important defensive players, central defender Uemoto and defensive midfiedler Kakuda. In front of at least 20,000 home supporters Kashima will be able to use that to prove that they are to be counted with this season.
