I have started betting around 6 years ago on and off, this past year ive been betting almost daily, i often use the same stakes for each bet , unless it is a very confident pick. I only bet on Tennis ( mostly WTA ) and MMA, i find it easier to bet on these individual sports as it is a one-on-one sport. I can match-up the skills better and i can see where they are mentally ( to an extent ) coming into the game. I do not bet on team sports, in my opinion too much people involved for me to trust them with my money. I usually bet straightforward on the winner of the competition , however occasionally if i am confident in a pick i also choose the Over and Under.
