I was so happy
but when I wanted to cash out, they did difficult.
they said I was playing on multiple accounts
while this is a public computer, and there are multiple people playing.
now they keep my winning money , and I only get 40 euros (the amount that I've put on)

ok today is 120 days since my withdrawal and im happy to say the money has been paid into my moneybookers account as promised...

Stargames is a joke the customer support is non existent, you can phone if you want to spend 0.42 euros a min and get put on hold for 10 mins, so email is the only real option but don't expect a response for a minimum of 3 days regardless of how urgent your query - that if they even bother to reply at all!! Oh and if you want to see your winnings paid promptly go else where it takes them a minimum of 10 days to process your payment (apparently) but in my case i cashed out on 7th june and they are making me wait till the 8th September to process my withdrawal due to a charge back risk?? first time ive ever heard that bs stalling tactic! If you like these novoline game i would strongly suggest you stick to a trusted brand like mecca or Grosvenor casino both of these paid me back to the same deposit method as I used at stargames within 2 days + they have a better variety of games and a decent poker client and bingo. Do not play at stargames unless you are an absolute mug!

I received my payout email yesterday with a bank transfure! thats over a grand! i have a transfure number and address. to get to this point though taken along time. if mine doesnt go in in the time period im giveing my solicetor and leaveing it in his hands. if they do pay out i have alot of mates that will join the site so they will be doing the wrong thing not to pay me out! sorry to hear about ur miss fortune i realy think i might be the same though mate! my feelings are because like yourself they havent been getting straight back to me

There are four different various method to withdraw your money, the four methods are as follows: Bank transfer, click2pay,Moneybooker, NETELLER. I guess tonesta choose to go with Moneybooker however, Bank transfer could probably retrieve the money earlier than moneybooker. Although, moneybookers have seldom given a long time period for the funds to be transfer, but occasionally they come earlier than that. (which could be in this case) Good Luck.

i have sent them a complaint (will see how they respond) Complaint I am very unhappy at the length of time required to cash out. is there no other option here can you not refund to my card? the fact that you need to wait till after the chargeback period worries me because any rights i do have will then be lost. and the words 9th of august at the earliest leave me in doubt to when i will be paid.. ? why are you withholding funds (no other sites have ever done this to me) I wait your reply....

i deposited via card and had no option other than to withdraw via moneybookers,, would of been alot happier if they returned the money to my card but they wont do this unless your a high roller..

Hi tonesta, Thanks for your update, this is only due to that your payout is on moneybookers. Would this be any different if it was the creditcard that was credited instead?

Tried this site out this month, and i must say the slots are some of the best on the net, However, after spending over £300 i finally hit a few wins and decided to cash out just over £470. Now although i paid in by card i had to pay out via moneybookers, Ok no problems, received an email saying that they would require id, scanned id sent Received a confirmation that id had been accepted and payout would commence and take UPTO 10 WORKING DAYS. Ok fine, that was 19 days ago. have e-mailed them, NO REPLY tomorrow i will reluctantly try to ring them, but i know the calls gonna cost me more money as they have no call center/number in the uk. I'm hoping that i am a one off, and the money has been held up somewhere, but as i know moneybookers is so quick, i cant understand what the hold up could be. And the lack of e-mail response leaves me feeling something just is not right. Am i a one off ? If i receive payment i will update this and let you know.
