Premier League Stats
When it comes to the number of goals, Bundesliga is best for the fans because a lot of them are being scored and then comes the Premier League. La Liga, Serie A and Ligue 1 have a bit worse stats but all top leagues are very close. They are scoring 3 or more goals in more than 50% of the matches.
They stand at 52% for Both Teams to Score betting tips which is quite similar to other leagues and teams. With 2.85 goals per match and a big home advantage that clubs have, they are still the best league in the world. What is interesting is that most goals are scored in the last 15 minutes of the game.

Premier League Competition Format
The new 2024-25 season counts 20 teams as before. No changes in the format have been established, meaning that the same system for determining the champion will be imposed.
At the end of the season, the last three teams will depart the EPL and go down to the EFL Championship. As far as the upper part of the table goes, the top four teams will earn spots in the Champions League. The fifth place on the table is reserved for the Europa League.
English teams will have two more teams in European competitions the next season, but will not be able to establish them through the Premier League. Namely, the FA Cup winner will also qualify for the Europa League, while the EFL Cup winner will earn a spot in the Conference League.

This, of course, includes both the Football League and First Division titles, before the competition was established as the PL.
