Video Survey Terms and Conditions

The Organizer

The Organizer (the “Organizer”, “we”, “us”, “our”) of this free of charge video survey (hereinafter referred to as the “Video Survey”) is Better Collective A/S with the registered office in Toldbodgade 12, 1253 Copenhagen K, Denmark, CVR 27652913 (the “Organiser”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

Eligibility

1. In order to participate in the Video Survey organised by Better Collective, a participant (you, your) must be over 18+ years of age.
2. The Video Survey is open worldwide, however you might not be eligible to receive the prize due to legal restrictions currently in place in your country of residence. It is participants’ responsibility to keep himself informed on the laws and regulations applicable to him, depending on his country of residence.
3. The Organizer will, within the limits of its capabilities, and at its sole discretion, take actions to try to provide an adequate and fair prize alternative as permitted by applicable law and regulation, depending on the country of residence of the particular winner.
4. By taking part in the Video Survey, you agree to the Competition Rules and the Privacy Policy.
5. Employees and freelancers hired by the Organizer or any of its subsidiaries, directly or through intermediary companies, are not allowed to participate in the Video Survey.

How to participate

1. Participating in the Video Survey is completely free of charge for all participants.
2. Participants must fill out the screening forms and answer a series of questions about their user experience on our products in order for the Organizer to check if they are suitable for the survey.
3. Once done with the screening form, you will be asked to provide the Organizator with your email, so we can schedule the Video Survey.
4. The participant will be invited via email to take part in a Video Survey with the respected representative of Better Collective and provided with a link to schedule time for Video Survey from the available time slots.
5. Video Survey will be conducted via Google Meets or userinterviews.com.
6. Participants will be asked questions about their betting habits and preferences. The participants’ answers shall be used to understand betting population insights.
7. All participants of Video Surveys will receive prizes as a compensation for their time.

Prizes:

1. Participants in the Video Survey will receive a €50 Amazon voucher or substitute gift card available depending on the winners’ residency in a market suitable currency.
2. The Organizer of the Video Survey will contact the winners to arrange handover of the prizes.
3. The Organizer will hand over the prizes in a maximum of 5 days after settling and verifying them.
4. The prize may be taxable depending on the applicable laws in your country of residence. It is your own responsibility to report the win to the tax authorities in your own country if you are required to do so. If there is an obligation on the part of the Organizer, it will be taken care of before the relevant Tax authorities in accordance with applicable laws.

Personal data:

1. For the purpose of conducting our research we may process the following categories of personal data: email address, username, age group, geolocation, betting habits and preferences, video and sound recordings.
2. Please review our Privacy Policy in order to get acquainted with more details about processing your personal data, with whom we share the personal data, and with your rights and our obligations under the data protection rules.

Miscellaneous:

1. Any issues or doubts which have no clear guidelines in the above rules will be dealt with at the discretion of the Organizer’s administration.
2. If you wish to contest some of our decisions you can do so by sending an email to [email protected].
3. Any legal disputes that may arise are subject to Danish law, except where mandatory local law in your country of residence overrides. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Rules shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Denmark. and will be settled before the competent courts.

We reserve the right to make changes to the rules of the Video Survey at our sole discretion, and will inform the participants of any significant changes by posting these changes on the website.
