UK Bookmaker Awards 2023 Players Choice Award: Terms and conditions

Eligibility:

1. In order to participate in the prize survey organised by bettingexpert.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, “organisers” “Bettingexpert”), a participant (“you”, “your”) must be over 18 years of age.
2. Participants must be present in the UK.
3. Participants can not be an employee and/or in any manner associated with any of the bookmakers that are going to be evaluated.*

How to participate:

1. Participating in the prize survey is completely free of charge.
2. Participants must fill out the form and provide their opinion of the best bookmaker operating in the UK.
3. Participants can vote for one of the following bookmakers: bet365, Betway, 888, Ladbrokes, Coral, Paddy Power, Betfair, BoyleSports, Betfred, Skybet, Betvictor, William Hill, UNIBET, 32 Red, Virgin Bet, Grosvenor, Sportnation, STS,, Leo Vegas, Sportingbet, Livescorebet, Parimatch UK, Zetbet
4. Participants can vote only once.
5. The voting process starts no later than 06.03.2023 and ends on 10.06.2023 or sooner should the required number of votes be collected.
6. The participants’ votes shall be used to determine the winner of The UK Bookmaker Awards Show by bettingexpert – Category: Best Bookmaker in the UK / Player’s Choice.
7. One participant will receive a prize.
8. A winner will be drawn randomly, the name of the winner will be announced publicly on Bettingexpert website no later than 01.05.2023.

Prizes:

1. One winner will receive an Amazon £100 voucher.
2. The organisers of the prize survey will contact the winner to arrange handover of the prize.
3. The organisers will hand over the prize in a maximum of 30 days since settling and verifying them.
4. The prize is not taxable in the UK.

Personal data:

1. We will keep all personal data of participants in a secure manner until the end of the UK Bookmakers Award Show – location to be confirmed. See our Privacy Policy to learn more about your privacy rights.

Breach of rules

1. Voting more than once by the participant is foreseen as a breach of the rules of prize survey.
2. If a participant commits a breach, he/she will be punished at our sole discretion.
3. Punishments include voiding/deleting a vote. We’ll only take into account the first vote and the participant will be disqualified to participate in the draw for the prize.

Complaints:

1. Any issues or doubts which have no clear guidelines in the above rules will be dealt with at the discretion of the bettingexpert administration.
2. If you wish to contest some of our decisions you can do so by sending an email to [email protected] no later than 01.05.2023.
3. Any legal disputes that may arise are subject to English law and will be settled before the competent courts.
