There are four meetings in Britain and Ireland on Friday, with NH fans in for a busy afternoon. They have Ludlow and Musselburgh to get stuck into on eased decent ground, with some interesting handicaps to solve at the Scottish venue in particular (alongside a few potentially handy youngsters from the top Nicky Richards yard). AW fans have low grade action to study, with Southwell and Wolverhampton racing right through to the evening under lights.
In this article:

Hurricane Harvey
Ludlow 2:10 (UK time)
Fergal O’Brien’s 10-y-o has proved consistent if a tad frustrating back over hurdles this winter, usually running with credit in defeat, and he has been found a terrific opening get back in the winning groove under Jack Hogan at Ludlow on Friday. This sharp right-handed track on decent eased ground would be his optimum conditions, and he will be looking to pounce late off what should be a strong early gallop (eyecatcher last time out at Newbury finishing with running left in the tank).
Odds: NA
Missed Tee
Ludlow 1:00 (UK time)
Dan Skelton’s mare may well have needed her first two runs over fences this season, at a time when most from the yard were fairly quiet, and could be a different proposition here if ridden more positively. She won twice over hurdles last season including over this 2m4f trip, and is now very well handicapped on the pick of that form if able to jump more fluently.
Odds: NA
