There are 7 races on ITV on Saturday, with the cameras covering the best of the action from two top class jumps cards at Ascot and Haydock. The highlight of the afternoon is undoubtedly the Grade 1 Clarence House Chase at 3.35pm, that will hopefully see a brilliant clash between Shiskin and Energumene. There will also be some Cheltenham clues at Haydock, where the Grade 2 New One Unibet hurdle should see some leading champion hurdle contenders lining up.

13:25	HAYDOCK	DONNY BOY	Nick Alexander’s highly regarded novice made a deep impression when landing the odds hard held on his hurdling debut at Newcastle, and is well worth sticking with now upped straight into Grade 2 company.
13:45	ASCOT	UNEXPECTED PARTY	Dan Skelton has a terrific strike rate with his horses, and this useful performer really should have won easily last time out at Wetherby (hit the front too soon and lost ground when slow at the last).
14:00	HAYDOCK	HUNTERS CALL	Olly Murphy’s progressive performer ran a career best when a close third in the International Hurdle at Cheltenham last time, and can prove that was no fluke here under Aidan Coleman.
14:20	ASCOT	WESTERN VICTORY	Emma Lavelle’s progressive mare has plenty to find on official ratings with some of these highly vaunted rivals, but plenty of them have questions to answer at the moment and she seems sure to give her running under the red-hot Tom Bellamy.
14:35	HAYDOCK	KALOOKI	Phillip Hobbs young chaser overcame a few errors to win gamely at Doncaster last month, and this stiffer test of stamina up the long Haydock straight should bring about further improvement.
14:55	ASCOT	KILLER CLOWN	Emma Lavelle’s progressive chaser looked one to follow when winning in style at Wincanton 14 days ago, and is confidently expected to defy a rise up the handicap at Ascot on Saturday (with drying ground conditions to suit and the yard in terrific form).
15:35	ASCOT	SHISKIN	Nicky Henderson’s star has won all six starts over fences, and looked as good as ever when making a winning reappearance in a Kempton Grade 2 over Christmas.
