There are four scheduled meetings in Britain and Ireland on Sunday, with NH fans in for a hectic afternoon of summer jumps. They have Fontwell, Kelso and Uttoxeter to study on drying ground, with some decent handicaps to try to solve at the Sussex venue (and local ace Gary Moore sure to be well represented). Flat fans have high quality action to study at the Curragh, with the handicaps looking especially competitive for the time of year.

Call off the Dogs
Fontwell 3.14 (UK time)
Gary and Josh Moore have a huge following around the Sussex tracks, and their veteran handicapper bounced back to his best form here last week (deserving extra credit as he lost around ten lengths when very slow to jump off at the tape). This slightly longer trip upped to nearly 2m3f will suit him, and the decent summer ground conditions at this time of year are very much in his favour.
Odds: 3.50
Ballyfinn
Fontwell 3.50 (UK time)
Anthony Honeyball’s unexposed maiden went straight into the notebooks when finishing a quietly ridden seventh in a Taunton novice last time out, and he can make a winning start in handicaps under Rex Dingle. He will relish the increased emphasis on stamina over 2m5f (former pointer), and this opening mark underestimates his potential to improve for a more positive ride.
Odds: 6.00
