There are 5 meetings in Britain and Ireland on Thursday, with jumps action dominating from Carlisle, Ludlow and Thurles. The recent rain and continued unsettled forecast is extremely welcome for all of the tracks, with the field sizes increasing dramatically as a result and some interesting runners from the top yards now coming out. For all-weather fans there is low grade action from Southwell and Wolverhampton, with the floodlights coming on at 5.10pm for the latter fixture that features five tough handicaps.
