There are seven meetings in Britain and Ireland on a very busy Tuesday, with competitive and high class evening racing from Sandown sure to attract the bulk of the betting activity (the listed Heron Stakes at 6.45pm the highlight). There are supporting flat cards at Beverley, Chepstow, Killarney, Sligo and Wetherby. Jumping fans have Newcastle to get stuck into, with eased ground expected and good field sizes on the cards.

Rowayeh
Beverley 1:50 (UK time)
Owen Burrowes filly stepped forward when finishing a cracking third of 16 on her reappearance at Newmarket, and can take advantage of a marked drop in class at Beverley on Tuesday. She is very much a staying type who will relish middle distances over the next few months, and a positive ride will be needed from Dane O’Neill here as she stays over the mile trip for just her third career start (too green to do herself justice on her only run as a juvenile).
Odds: NA
Majeski Man
Beverley 3:35 (UK time)
Paul Midgeley’s handicapper has run well in defeat on one of his three runs already this season (well backed at Doncaster in April), and that proven race-fitness can count for plenty here under Graham Lee. He possesses plenty of early pace which is a terrific asset at this track, and should take plenty of catching if able to get across against the favoured far rail, with this Class 5 sprint lacking any unexposed contenders.
Odds: NA
