There are three scheduled meetings in Britain and Ireland on Tuesday, with NH fans in for an informative afternoon. They have Exeter and Wetherby to study on testing ground, with some decent handicaps to try to solve at the Devon venue (and Paul Nicholls sure to be well represented). AW fans have decent grade action to study at Wolverhampton, with the lights coming on at 5.30pm at the Midlands track and the handicaps looking especially competitive for the time of year.

Exeter 3.00 (UK time)
Mel Rowley does really well with a relatively small team of horses, and her useful veteran chaser has optimum conditions to defy the handicapper at Exeter on Tuesday. He returned to his very best form 69 days ago in the mud under a positive ride at Doncaster, and should be very hard to pass here under the championship-chasing Harry Cobden.
Odds: 4.0

Exeter 3.30 (UK time)
Stuart Edmunds’ tough and consistent handicapper has shaped twice as though ahead of his mark in this sphere, travelling strongly under aggressive front-running rides and finding gamely for pressure. He has a very good make up for a positive ride from Charlie Hammond here on soft ground, with none of these rivals looking to go forward from the tape.
Odds: 6.0
