There are four scheduled meetings in Britain and Ireland on Tuesday, with NH fans in for an informative afternoon. They have Lingfield, Newcastle and Thurles to study on testing ground, with some decent handicaps to try to solve at the Surrey venue (and Gary Moore sure to be well represented). AW fans have decent grade action to study at Southwell, with the lights coming on at 5.30pm at the Midlands track and the handicaps looking especially competitive for the time of year.

Hunter Legend
Lingfield 3.32 (UK time)
Venetia Williams has returned to top form in the past couple of weeks as the ground has eased (five winners in the last fortnight at a 19pc strike rate), and her maiden chaser should be very hard to beat with a clean round of jumping. He was booked for a place when departing two out at Wetherby last time out, and this represents a drop in class under regular rider Charlie Deutsch.
Odds: 4.0
How and Ever
Lingfield 4.02 (UK time)
Oliver Signy’s progressive young hurdler impressed when landing a gamble on handicap debut at Fontwell last month, and he has optimum conditions to defy his new mark at Lingfield on Tuesday. He is a smooth traveller who needs to hit the front as late as possible under Gavin Sheehan, and this Class 4 handicap lacks any unexposed contenders in the form-book.
Odds: 6.0
