There are four scheduled meetings in Britain and Ireland on Tuesday, with NH fans in for an informative afternoon. They have Down Royal, Leicester and Newbury to study on testing ground, with some decent novice contests to try to solve at the Berkshire venue. AW fans have low grade action to study at Southwell, with the Class 5/6 handicaps looking especially competitive for the time of year.

Abuffalosoldier
Newbury 2:35 (UK time)
Warren Greatrex had his team in terrific form before the big freeze wiped out most of the turf action last week, and his unexposed young chaser has been found a good opening at Newbury on Tuesday. He caught the eye when finishing second behind Pedley Wood at Hereford in November (form franked by the winner going in again next time), and had excuses for a lesser effort at Doncaster last time out.
Odds: NA
Gaye Legacy
Newbury 3:10 (UK time)
Tom Symonds thoroughly likeable mare has built a consistent profile into handicaps this winter, and the long Newbury straight on soft ground should bring her proven stamina into play over this three mile trip. She remains open to more improvement after just eight career starts over hurdles, and the likely strong gallop in this bigger field should set things up ideally for her customary strong finish under regular rider Ben Poste.
Odds: NA
