Robert Eddery’s frustrating 7-y-o gelding has only won 2 of his 35 career starts, but he returned to her very best form from a very lenient mark when fourth over a mile here in June, and has been found a terrific opening back at Nottingham on Tuesday. He should relish the step up in trip to 1m2f given how strongly he finishes his races over a mile, and the rapidly drying conditions will suit ideally under Mr Jack Callan.
