Flat fans have interesting action at Gowran Park, Catterick and Nottingham to get stuck into, with competitive big fields likely judged by the early declarations. Kempton stage the only AW fixture, with the lights coming on at 5.30pm at the Sunbury venue.

There should be plenty more improvement in the tank to ensure he can defy a raised handicap mark, and the booking of Sam Twiston-Davies certainly increases confidence of a follow-up in this modest looking class 4.
