UK Survey Full Terms of Participation
Terms of Participation
Eligibility:
1. In order to participate in the prize survey organised by bettingexpert.com (we, us, our), a participant (you, your) must be over 18 years of age and resident of the United Kingdom.
How to participate:
1. Participating in the prize survey is completely free of charge.
2. Participants must fill out the form about their betting habits and preferences.
3. Participants can fill the form only once.
4. Participation in the Focus Group Survey is open from 01/04/2020 and ends on 31/07/2020
5. The participants’ answers shall be used to understand United Kingdom betting population insights in order to ultimately decide the winner of The UK Bookmakers Award.
6. Three participants will receive prizes.
7. Winners will be drawn randomly, the names of the winners will be announced publicly on bettingexpert.com website on 03/08/2020 and the organizers will contact them to handover the prizes.
Prizes:
1. The winners will receive £50 cash via Skrill.
2. The organisers of the prize survey will contact the winners to arrange handover of the prizes.
3. The organisers will handover the prizes in a maximum of 30 days since settling and verifying them.
4. The prize is not taxable in the UK.
Personal data:
1. We will keep all personal data of participants in a secure manner until the end of the The UK Bookmakers Award Show in London in 2021. The answers we get via this survey are important to us in order to ultimately decide the winner of The UK Bookmakers Award. See our Privacy Policy to learn more about your privacy rights.
Breach of rules
1. Voting more than once by the participant is foreseen as a breach of the rules of prize survey.
2. If a participant commits a breach, he/she will be punished at our sole discretion.
3. Punishments include voiding/deleting a vote. We’ll only take into account the first vote and the participant we’ll be disqualified to participate in the draw for the prize.
Complaints:
1. Any issues or doubts which have no clear guidelines in the above rules will be dealt with at the discretion of the UK administration.
2. If you wish to contest some of our decisions you can do so by sending an email to [email protected] no later than 31/07/2020.
3. Any legal disputes that may arise are subject to United Kingdom law and will be settled before the competent courts.
