How Sweden Qualified
Sweden reached Euro 2020 as Group F runners-up to Spain. Sweden finished with an impressive record of six wins, three draws and just one defeat – to Spain. Sweden scored 23 goals and conceded nine. Their top scorers were Robin Quaison with five goals, followed by Viktor Claesson and Alexander Isak who scored three goals each.
This will be the sixth consecutive European Championship Sweden have qualified for, and they will be hoping that this time they will progress beyond the group stage for the first time since 1992, when they finished 3rd.
