The Orioles have dropped both of their home games to the Texas Rangers to start the ALDS, and now they find themselves in a must-win situation on Tuesday night. It’s either win or take a long plane ride back to Baltimore, and I don’t think we are going anywhere just yet.
Let’s not lose track of the fact that the Orioles overcame the hot start by the Rays to not only pass them in the AL East division but also to hold the best record in the American League overall.
I am not convinced that Texas is going to sweep Baltimore out of the post-season, although the line setters seem to disagree with me on that fact. Texas is listed as the home favourites priced at about 1.70, but the Orioles were home favourites for Games 1 and 2 in Baltimore and where did that get them? DOWN 0 – 2!
Listen to me, and listen to me good! In case you didn’t notice one little fact throughout the MLB post-season this year. the teams with the top-5 records were 0 – 8 entering Monday night and the Braves finally snapped that streak after the epic comeback against Philly. THE DOGS HAVE BEEN BARKING EVERY DAMN DAY!

DEAN KREMER TO FAN 4+ BATTERS
Now, I mentioned that Bobby Miller, who was starting for the Dodgers last night, would have trouble with his command of the strike zone because he hadn’t pitched since October 1. Miller didn’t even last 2 innings against the Diamondbacks and if you watched it you saw that he was all over the place and had zero control of his changeup, or anything else he threw on Monday.
While that was a major concern for me last night, Kremer hasn’t pitched in a game since September 28. That is quite a long time in between starts but I think that he will be able not to lose his cool, or his stuff as a result.
When Kremer is on, he knocks guys out of the batters box seemingly all night, so picking up 4 strikeouts on Tuesday is a given for me. This is the only prop bet I am suggesting you put with the Orioles Moneyline because the 3.65 offer holds plenty of value to me and Kremer will be fine tonight.
