Blown Away
Newmarket 2:25 (UK time)
John and Thady Gosden’s 2-y-o colt has improved run to run in three career starts so far, and impressed when landing hefty market confidence at Chelmsford on the all-weather last time out (despite being forced to race widest throughout). He now starts off into handicaps from a fair opening mark at Newmarket on Thursday, and a positive ride is on the cards from Hollie Doyle with stamina for the one mile trip already well established.
Odds: NA
Today’s Value Angle
Al Simmo
Newmarket 3:00 (UK time)
Steph Hollinshead’s filly has won 7 of her 23 career starts, and bounced back to her very best form when second to Frankness at Salisbury last time out (hanging right for pressure late on the fast ground). She goes best on decent ground on the turf, and the booking of the excellent Clifford Lee certainly increases confidence that she can bounce back to her best form with conditions to suit in this Class 2.
Odds: NA
Odds are best odds available as at 2am September 28th 2023. Odds may now differ.
