A busy day of racing on Saturday on ITV, with the cameras at Newbury, Kelso and Doncaster covering nine races in total. The highlight of the year at Kelso is their Morebattle Hurdle due off at 3.15pm, and runners are sure to be attracted from all the top yards in the north. There is also a cracking listed chase on the card at 2.40pm, where the prolific course specialist Big River is sure to have a big following after two recent ultra game wins.

14:20	DONCASTER	GAZETTE BOURGEOISE	Ben Case’s mare is going to keep on progressing as her stamina is further drawn out, and a positive ride should make her very hard to pass here up the long Doncaster straight.
14:40	KELSO	BIG RIVER	Lucinda Russell’s Kelso specialist has a terrific attitude under pressure, and the testing ground expected for this valuable prize should be right up his street under regular rider Derek Fox.
14:55	DONCASTER	CHEDDLETON	Jeannie Candlish’s chaser shaped a lot better than the bare result last time out, and will relish the galloping track at Doncaster on Saturday.
15:15	KELSO	AUTUMN EVENING	Jessica Harrington’s Irish raider looks a very interesting runner here against some pretty exposed opposition, and a positive market move on the day would be very significant.
15:30	DONCASTER	LE MILOS	Tim Vaughan’s chaser comes here at the very top of his game after wins at Exeter and Sandown, and he should be well suited by a switch to left handed track (jumped left when winning very gamely 28 days ago).
