Tuesday's Horse Racing Tips: Ludlow, April 2nd

Today’s Horse Racing Tips – April 2nd
There are three scheduled meetings in Britain and Ireland on Tuesday, with flat fans in for an informative afternoon as Pontefract gets their turf season underway (low drawn runners against the favoured far-rail usually at a big advantage). There is a supporting AW card at Wolverhampton in the evening under lights from 5.30pm, while NH followers have a competitive Ludlow card on spring ground to get stuck into.

Terresita
Ludlow 2.30 (UK time)
Lucy Wadham’s useful mare has shown plenty of ability in four runs over fences so far this season, building up to full fitness, and this looks a cracking opportunity back at Ludlow on Tuesday. She has a chance to dominate this small field from the tape under the championship-chasing Harry Cobden, and the emphasis on speed at this sharp right-handed track should suit ideally (impressive over course and distance in February).
Odds: 1.30
Today’s Value Angle
Tedley
Ludlow 3.00 (UK time)
Nigel Twiston-Davies unexposed sort had excuses for a below par run at Sandown in March when sent off 50/1 on handicap debut, and should appreciate the drying ground at this flat speed track under Sam Twiston-Davies. He remains open to plenty more improvement after just three seven runs over hurdles, and most of these rivals lack his potential from an attractive mark.
Odds: 6.00
