There are three scheduled meetings in Britain and Ireland on Wednesday, with NH fans in for an informative afternoon. They have Bangor and Wincanton to study on testing ground, with some decent handicaps to try to solve at the Somerset venue (and Paul Nicholls sure to be well represented at his local track). AW fans have decent grade action to study at Kempton, with the lights coming on at 5.30pm at the Sunbury track and the handicaps looking especially competitive for the time of year.

Malpas
Bangor 2.20 (UK time)
Donald McCain has a fantastic record at his local track, and his unexposed chaser has been found a very weak handicap here on Wednesday. He shaped really well when third on his reappearance at Carlisle under a patient ride, and looked a non-stayer/bounced second run back when well held at Leicester last time out. There is more to come after just three career starts over fences, and a much more positive ride is likely here under Theo Gillard dropping back in trip to 2m1f.
Odds: 7.0
Stellar Stream
Bangor 3.20 (UK time)
Kayley Woolacott’s winning hurdler caught the eye on his fourth try over fences at Chepstow last month, running on strongly up the straight to take a closing third on the testing ground (solid form for the grade in a race run at a proper gallop from the tape). That contest looks particularly useful for the level, and he can take another step forward here under the useful 3lb claimer Ben Bromley (with the marathon 3m5f trip expected to unlock further improvement).
Odds: 7.0
