The Weekend Multi Sport Mega Acca (the WMSMA, it will catch on) returns this weekend. This weekend we have a total of 20 selections comprised of:

• 13 selections from 8 European football leagues
• 2 UFC selections
• 4 NFL selections
• 1 NCAAF selection

Total acca odds: 235,745.44

As always, with great odds comes great risk. So we do not recommend plonking down £100 on this acca.

But for a single £1 stake, the acca will return £235,745.44. Not too bad for the minimal investment. And definitely better value (and a lot more fun) than any casino or lottery game you might be tempted to play this weekend.

What is the Weekend Multi Sport Mega Accumulator?

The bettingexpert News Weekend Mega Acca features my best bets from the upcoming weekend. Games are selected based on a combination of criteria including simple performance filters, public betting data, predictive modelling and a value rating based on a team’s performance against the market over an extended period. So no analysis, just picks.

Selections are taken from 25 European football leagues, the National Football League, NCAA Football, UFC events, Australian Football League and the National Rugby League.

The number of selections each week will vary depending upon the time of year.  A typical week will see around 12 selections posted with as many as 20 at the busiest time of the year.

It was a tough week for the mega acca last time around. Betting each selection at single stakes would have seen a loss of 6.21 units for a yield of -56.4% . Nothing to brag about. Of the 11 selections there were one win, two half wins, one push and a painful seven losses. Ouch!
